My friend's avatar needs more eyecandy but they play on desktop so no tracking for them. We thought premade animations would be a good fit, but so far I haven't found any. Anyone know how foxbox UWU world works in terms of the NPC controller thing and have them play animations to erp with the npcs? as I cant find any type of asset that can get me with the basics

If you put in the ENTIRE folder made by unpacking the vrca then that might be why!
I usually only import the folders containing meshes/prefabs, materials, textures, controllers, and menus
Everything else like shaders/scripts i leave out bc it usually breaks everything else when importing things

I import new shaders + the sdk and whatever else is needed and work from there!
